Scheduling Policy

(Please Read Carefully Before Enrolling)

This program is structured intentionally. The structure protects your momentum and my capacity, so the work can stay focused and effective.

  • Kick-Off Call Deadline: Your Kick-Off Call needs to be scheduled within 5 days of enrollment. This first session sets the direction for your reset. Delaying it slows momentum and limits availability for others who are ready to begin. If your Kick-Off Call is not scheduled within 5 days, your enrollment and spot in the program may be released to others with no refund.

  • Session Days & Times: Sessions are available Saturdays & Sundays, 8 AM – 6 PM PT only. No weekday availability. This creates a consistent coaching rhythm, ensuring I can give you my complete focus without weekday conflicts.

  • Program Timeline: All 4 sessions must be completed within 30 days of your Kick-Off Call. This keeps the reset contained and intentional. Stretching sessions too far apart weakens the transformation and disrupts momentum. Unused sessions after the 30-day window are forfeited.

  • Rescheduling: One reschedule is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice. The new session must occur within 7 days of the original appointment. Additional reschedules are not available. Structure supports consistency. Consistency supports results.

  • Late Arrivals: There is a 10-minute grace period. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late will be considered a missed session. If you arrive within the grace period, the session will still end at the scheduled time. Respecting time protects both of us.

  • No Shows: Missing a session without providing at least 24 hours’ notice will be considered a no-show and will be forfeited. Exceptions are made only for verifiable emergencies.

  • Between Calls: Email support (Tuesday–Friday, 24-hour response window) is available for brief clarifications only. Deeper processing and coaching remain inside live sessions. This keeps your sessions focused and your growth contained inside the container you’ve committed to.
