Scheduling Policies (Please Read Carefully)
Kick-Off Call Deadline: The call must be booked within 72 hours of purchase; otherwise, the program cannot proceed, and your purchase will be forfeited without refund. The reset takes effect immediately. Delaying the Kick-Off stalls your progress and blocks my calendar for clients who are ready to start.
Session Days & Times: Sessions are available Saturdays & Sundays, 8 AM – 6 PM PT only. No weekday availability. This creates a consistent coaching rhythm, ensuring I can give you my complete focus without weekday conflicts.
Booking Deadline: All 4 sessions must be booked within 7 calendar days of your Kick-Off Call. Unbooked sessions are forfeited without refund. Having all sessions scheduled in advance keeps your reset moving forward without gaps or procrastination.
Program Window: All 4 sessions must be completed within 35 days of your Kick-Off Call. Unused sessions are forfeited without refund. This timeline keeps you in momentum and ensures you experience the reset as a true 4-week transformation, not a dragged-out process.
Rescheduling: One reschedule permitted with 24 hours’ notice or more. The new appointment must occur within 7 days of the original time. Additional reschedules are not available. Structure matters. Allowing unlimited reschedules would break momentum. One reschedule provides flexibility while keeping the program on track.
Late Arrivals: 10-minute grace period. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late are considered a missed session and will be forfeited without refund. If late within the grace period, the session still ends at the scheduled time. Respecting time protects both of us. This ensures we stay within schedule and that your session has the focus it deserves.
No-Shows: Missing a session without providing 24+ hours’ notice will be considered a no-show and will be forfeited without refund. Exceptions are made only for verifiable emergencies. No-shows occupy a spot that could be used by someone else. This policy ensures fairness and commitment.
Between Calls: Email is for brief clarifications only (Tue–Fri, 24-hour response). Coaching and deeper processing remain inside live sessions. Email is for quick clarity, not for ongoing coaching. This keeps your live sessions as a dedicated space for the deeper work.
