If you’re experiencing trauma, intense emotional distress, or difficulty coping day-to-day, a licensed therapist may be the right first step.

This program is designed to be a judgment, free space where you can take your time, go at your own pace and never feel rushed to have it all figured out.
My role isn’t to fix you, it’s to support you, meet you where you are and help you feel seen, heard and safe while you grow.

Sessions are held online over Zoom, so you can join from anywhere you feel comfortable.
Each session is one hour long and completely private, just you, me and the space you need to focus on you.
After your free discovery call, I’ll send everything you need to get started, including your Zoom link and onboarding info.
All you’ll need is a quiet space, a stable internet connection and a device with a camera and mic.
You’ll need about one hour a week for our sessions, plus another 30–60 minutes to reflect, journal, or practice small shifts between calls.
The work is designed to fit your life, not take it over.
Whether it’s trying out a boundary script or noticing how you respond in certain moments, your time will feel manageable and meaningful.
Once your application is accepted, you'll be invited to a short 20-minute Welcome Call.
This is simply a supportive conversation to walk through what to expect, answer any lingering questions and help you feel clear and confident about your next step.
After the call, if it still feels like the right fit, you’ll receive a private link to officially enroll.

Need to reschedule? No problem, just give me 24 hours' notice and you can easily pick a new time that fits your schedule.
