The Role Reset™

1:1 Coaching

In 4 weeks, prove to yourself that you can choose differently — without guilt hijacking you.

You already understand why you say yes.

This is where you practice doing something different, once, with support.

This isn’t about becoming fearless or fixing your relationships.

It’s about safely interrupting the automatic “yes” and experiencing what it’s like to honor yourself without everything falling apart.

You don’t need more insight.

You need lived proof that you can respond differently and survive it.

That’s what this coaching is for.

This Is Where Insight Turns Into Lived Proof.

The Yes Trap helped you see how your role is tangled with the people in your life.

This coaching helps you loosen that tangle, safely.

Not all at once.

Not perfectly.

Not forever.

Just enough to prove something important:

That you can choose yourself and stay connected.

That guilt doesn’t have to run the moment.

That your voice doesn’t disappear when you use it.

What This Coaching Is And What It Isn't.

This coaching is:

  • A supported space to practice one real change.

  • A place to slow the reflex instead of fighting it.

  • A short, contained reset, not an open-ended process.

  • Collaborative, honest and grounded in your real life.

This coaching is not:

  • A mindset overhaul.

  • A personality transformation.

  • A pressure-driven accountability container.

  • A place where you’re pushed before you feel steady.

You won’t be asked to override yourself.

You’ll be supported in staying with yourself.

How We'll Work Together.

This is not a course you consume.

It’s a guided, collaborative process.

It’s designed to be focused, contained and realistic for your actual life.

Each week:

  • We identify one place your reflex yes shows up.

  • We slow it down.

  • We choose one grounded action.

  • You try it.

  • We debrief and adjust together.

No rushing.

No emotional bypassing.

No forcing confidence.

Your 4-week Role Reset™ Roadmap.

Before Week 1: Kick-Off Call

We review your intake, clarify support and identify your most common “reflex yes” moments so we can choose a safe place to start.

Week 1: Seeing the Pattern

You identify the emotional survival role you slip into and what it protects you from.

We choose your first low-risk place to practice.

Week 2: Staying With Yourself

You practice pausing when guilt rises instead of reacting.

We focus on choosing from self-trust rather than obligation.

Week 3: Speaking Without Justifying

You practice saying what you mean without minimizing or explaining yourself away.

We rehearse your words until they feel steady enough to use.

Week 4: Integration

You take your first real “no.”

We capture what worked so you can repeat it later, without spiraling into shame or self-blame.

What's Included.

  • One 30-minute Kick-Off Call.

  • Four private 45-minute 1:1 coaching sessions.

  • Weekend sessions (Saturday & Sunday).

  • The Role Reset™ Workbook.

  • Brief email support between sessions (Tue–Fri, 24-hour response).

This is a collaborative process.

You’ll never be left wondering what to do next.

Why Now?

The longer you wait, the more automatic the “yes” becomes.

Each time you override yourself, your body learns that “no” isn’t safe.

This work isn’t about pushing harder.

It’s about interrupting that loop while it’s still familiar and giving yourself a different experience to build on.

Your Investment.

$797

This isn’t about instant transformation.

It’s about one honest shift and knowing you can do it again.

My Reset Guarantee.

If you attend all sessions, complete the workbook exercises, and genuinely try and you don’t feel safer saying no, even in small ways, I’ll refund you.

All I ask is that you submit your completed workbook within 7 days of finishing the program, so I know you showed up honestly.

You Don't Need To Show Up Perfect.

You just need to be ready to show up and try once, during our coaching together.

You’ve already seen the pattern.

This is your chance to experience what happens when you respond differently — with support.
