You’ll start with a short application. This gives me a clear picture of what’s been happening for you, how it shows up and whether this is the right kind of support for where you are right now.

Why this is application only

This work is specific.

It's not about trying harder to say no or giving you scripts to follow. It's about changing what happens in the moment before you even have time to think. And that only works if you're at a place where you're ready to look at what's actually driving your responses.

It only works if you're willing to be honest about what's actually happening in those moments instead of pushing past it.

That's why I don't take just everyone.

This is 1:1 coaching and it’s not for everyone. I’m not going to push you into something that doesn’t match what you actually need. If it’s a fit, you’ll be invited to work together. If it’s not, you won’t be left wondering or pressured into continuing.

What happens next

After you submit your intake:

  • I’ll review your responses personally

  • If it’s a good fit, you’ll receive an invitation to 1:1 coaching

  • If it’s not, you’ll still leave with more clarity around what’s been happening
